DESCRIPTION OF WORKS

Located in the grounds of the park, the customer was looking for a environmentally friendly installation. All of the lighting was either LED or low energy fluorescent saving around 80% of energy consumption against equivalent traditional tungsten filament lighting.

Heating and hot water for the property was catered for by the combination of a ground source heat pump and solar panels mounted on the roof.

Power cuts are common due to the location of the property so a generator back up facility has been installed to allow the customer to manually switch over supplies when necessary.
